[I hope that this finds you happy and healthy as possible in these challenging times. I’ve had a very interesting time since the new year. A chest infection, bronchitis and then two weeks ago I tested positive for COVID.
Lots of happier things have popped up here and there as well thankfully, and I'm slowly recovering though I am still knocked out energy-wise, which I believe is an ongoing concern with COVID.
But as I say in my latest Byline Times: COVID Called My Name I have resilience from my mother and deep down I am a tough cookie. I've too many more stories to tell to give in to COVID. The power of The Pen continues to spread the words!
Let me know about your experiences too.
And, I hope some of you have listened to the podcast I did for the BBC about a tale of attempted murder!
”During the 63-year-long reign of Queen Victoria, seven men took the fateful decision to try to kill her. Penny is a guest on the first episode of this new BBC Sounds podcast as she is a direct descendant of the first assassin, a fame-seeking teenager named Edward Oxford...
Listen in to learn more about this largely unknown part of history!”
That's all for this little update - energy tends to go on…yes, writing.
Thank you everyone for your good wishes and continued support for me and my work, encouraging me to continue to tell stories that need to be heard.
Blessings to you all
